Pecan Soy Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup soy milk
? (one-half) cup finely chopped pecans
2 bananas
2 cups crushed peaches

METHOD
Combine juice, milk, pecans, bananas, and peaches in blender container. Process until smooth. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to machine directions. Yields one quart ice cream.
