Frozen Banana Pops

4 bananas
1 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
1 Tablespoon corn oil
1/4 (one-quarter) cup each: chopped walnuts and coconut

Peel bananas and cut in half in the middle. Insert a wooden stick into each banana half. Melt chocolate in a shallow bowl in the microwave for two minutes on high. Add oil and stir. Microwave one minute or until melted. Roll bananas into chocolate then into nuts or coconuts. Wrap in plastic and freeze until firm. Yields eight.
