Trenton's Tortilla

INGREDIENTS
1 6-inch whole wheat tortilla
1/4 (one-quarter) cup vegetarian or no-fat refried beans
2 Tablespoons low-fat cheddar cheese

METHOD
Place tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Spread beans down the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to one minute or until cheese melts. Remove from microwave and fold tortilla in halve. Wrap in loosely in foil and place in sandwich container of school lunch bag. Yields one serving.
