County Cork Irish Coffee

1 1/2 (one and one-half) ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
4 ounces hot black coffee
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Low-fat Cool Whip, whipped cream or soy whip

Preheat Irish-coffee goblet or heat proof mug by pouring boiling water
in it. Set aside for two minutes and pour out water. Add whiskey,
coffee, and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Top generously with a
dollop of Cool Whip. Don't stir. The idea is to sip the coffee through
the cream. Yields one serving.
