No Bake Light Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
1 15-ounce jar low-salt spaghetti sauce
6 whole wheat lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 cup MorningStar Farms Meal Starters, Griller Recipe Crumbles
1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1/2 (one-half) cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 (one-quarter) cup grate Parmesan cheese

METHOD
Spread one-third cup spaghetti sauce into bottom of a glass bread loaf pan. Place an uncooked lasagna in the center, there will be space on the sides but the noodles will expand while cooking. Sprinkle a small amount of Crumbles and the three cheeses. Top with more spaghetti sauce and continue layering six times. End with cheese. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from microwave when noodles are fork tender, sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted. Allow lasagna to stand five minutes before slicing to keep the shape. Yields four servings.
