Spicy Bean Nachos

4 cups unsalted baked corn chips
1 15-ounce can pinto beans
1 cup shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 (one-quarter) cup sliced green olives
1/4 (one-quarter) cup Canned Jalapeno Peppers

Arrange corn chips onto four microwave safe plates. Drain and rinse beans. Spoon beans on top of chips. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with green olives and peppers. Microwave on High setting for one minute or until cheese melts. Serve hot. Pass hot sauce, if desired. Yields four servings.
