Sweet and Sour Leafy Green Salad

INGREDIENTS
SWEET AND SOUR LEAFY GREEN SALAD

5 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, torn and lightly packed
3 cups spinach leaves, lightly packed
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1 cup pitted prunes, halved
1/2 (one-half) cup red onion, sliced
1/2 (one-half) cup nonfat honey-mustard dressing
1/4 (one-quarter) teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

METHOD
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Yields four servings of three and one-quarter cups.
