Wheat and White Pie Crust

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup low-fat milk or soy milk

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Do not stir oil and milk, but measure together in a cup. Pour into flour mixture and stir gently until mixed. Divide in half and roll each into a ball. Chill for one hour. Roll out between waxed paper. Peel off paper and place in pie plate. Repeat with remaining dough for top crust.
