Swiss Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
3 cups cold water
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins

METHOD
The night before planning to serve, place all ingredients in a crock pot and cover. Cook on low heat overnight. Serve with low-fat milk and sweeten with maple syrup, if desired. Yields 4 servings.
