Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

INGREDIENTS

2 Golden Delicious apples
2 kiwis, peeled
1 pint strawberries
1 pint raspberries
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon brown sugar
8 whole wheat flour tortillas
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

METHOD
Finely chop all fruit and mix with marmalade and brown sugar. Seat aside in fridge. Lightly spray tortillas with cooking spray. Cut into wedges. In a large plastic bag, toss wedges with cinnamon and sugar. Lay out wedges on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Top chips with salsa.
