It is day six of 2010, so how are your New Year’s resolutions going? According to the website, the top five resolutions for 2010 are to lose weight, manage debt, save money, get a better job and to get fit.

People who eat a generous amount of vegetables and fruits as part of a healthful diet are more likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases, including stroke, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers.

I’ve tried the Strawberries in Yogurt Sauce but i added some Nutmeg to the mix. It was So yummy
